Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies; inside 2 hours the full booking is charged, since the slot has been reserved.
Yes — every airport transfer is tracked automatically. If your flight is early or delayed, the pickup time adjusts and there’s no waiting-time charge for the first 60 minutes after landing.
